We bought 2 rangers 1000 watts a 17” and a 15”. We received the 17” and was told the 15” ranger would be shipped by may 2021, we said ok. May passed us by so we called and they said June, June passed us by then they said July, well we are in July and now they are saying august. They hang up on us every time we call and are very unprofessional. We are now trying to get the 15” ranger refunded cus we are going a different route with ebikes.
