This practice has got me through my toughest times and trauma. It has taught me exercises to use when faced with struggle. I am never alone, Erin is just a phone call away. I am a survivor of mental, emotional and physical abuse from a horrific childhood. I’m grateful to Erin and the time I have spent with her. As I move forward, I feel confident that I’m going to succeed in my happiness & my life. I bonded with her instantly. She’s an amazing person and in my opinion, the very best therapist anywhere.

I was interested in a group session but since it was my first time doing something like that I wanted to see how the first session would go to see if it was a good fit for me. Especially since I would be paying out of pocket. Onboarding process is very smooth! Emily Heider is very pleasant to work with and helped me get set up surprisingly quickly. QMTS offers an array of services and it makes the whole process seem very comfortable and tailored to each individual. First meetings in therapy can feel uncomfortable but this did not at all. I’ve had no issues with billing as I see mentioned in some other reviews. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending friends/family here. Emily H. needs to be fired. She claimed everything was covered and now I owe $500 because all of a sudden the "insurance" wasn't accepted and not one person bothered to tell us UNTIL an appointment..
