Onboarding process is very smooth! Emily Heider is very pleasant to work with and helped me get set up surprisingly quickly. QMTS offers an array of services and it makes the whole process seem very comfortable and tailored to each individual. First meetings in therapy can feel uncomfortable but this did not at all. Emily H. needs to be fired. She claimed everything was covered and now I owe $500 because all of a sudden the "insurance" wasn't accepted and not one person bothered to tell us UNTIL an appointment..
Edited to respond to owner: I actually already tried to share my concerns with you but never heard back. I would never leave a negative review for a small business unless I felt it was warranted. This was not a great experience. We've never cancelled last minute, had been understanding and flexiblewith your business when billing and scheduling issues occurred- and never said anything when on several occasionssessions were ended up to 20 minutes early.
