I don’t know if they just had too many clients for 2024 returns, and struggled to keep up, but their communication was pretty poor. As the deadline was drawing closer we had called, emailed, and even stopped in person to ask for an update and they couldn’t give us an answer. Due to personal reasons, we needed our taxes done quickly so we ended up going with H&R Block. I dropped my paperwork off in March, keep promising next week, but next week never comes! Don’t use them!

If I could give zero stars I would! New to the area, needed a local company for our taxes, dropped off all necessary docs for taxes to be completed in April, come June I hadn't heard from anyone, called and left messages and sent several emails, finally got a reply in early July. I was told they had an issue at their location with the "network" and had to up and move. I totally understand that was out of their control but a simple phone call letting me know what was going would have been nice. I was told they would have my t... read more
