A neighbor, 81 years old who only had pedal bike wanted to try an. e-bike and ask me to take him to help with his purchase. He can be a difficult person to deal with at times and they were very helpful and had a trike for him to try and said to try it as long as needed. Brought my bicycle tire in to Chris. He put a new tire and tube on wheel within 15 minutes! Clean store, quick repair, great price, and very friendly service. Would highly recommend!
Chris treated me like he actually cared . I came in with a flat tire on my favorite Velotric e Bike expecting no special treatment but they had me on the road in less than 20 minutes. The place and the people are keepers.!!
Very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in finding just the right bike for me. I had a ton of questions. All of them were answered and I learned a lot too! Love my new bike and when hubby is ready for his, we will go here to get one for him.
They went out of their way to accommodate me. I had a flat tire and it was ready in a half hour. Made it to work on time! The best.
