Today we made a special out-of-the-way stop to get a latte here. And I'm not the type of person who likes to post bad reviews, but this interaction deserves it. The barista wasn't paying attention and got our entire order wrong. And when I asked to have it corrected she came across even more irritated than she did when she opened the window to greet us.
