Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move. Paul and his colleague Carsten saved me from my original removalist cancelling on me at the last minute during the 40+ degree heatwave on Saturday the 10th of January. I was told by the other company (Bill Removalists Sydney), after calling them 7 minutes after they were supposed to arrive at 12pm that it was too hot and their workers didn’t want to come and move me despite it being confirmed for over a week. Fake reviews… absolutely no response on the day of move… I had book Paul for my move based on the 5 star reviews and had agreed to substantially high quote than other removalists assuming that his service would be better as well. I wanted to ensure that I have a smooth experience since I have a 20 month old baby and didn’t want to leave any room for issues. I book him and he sends sms confirmation only to never reply to any messages and calls on the day of move and didn’t have any courtesy to apologise afterwards as well. Ab... read more
