They came out on a rainy day. Was raining when they left to come to the house. They get there and begin interior photos. I arrive and during our discussion, I tell them that the rain is sure not going to make for a good exterior photos of the yard and front view from the street. He says he will let the company know to come back for exterior photos on a better day. Later that day I get a text from Quick Pics stating there will be a $79 fee to come and take photos of exterior on a better day. Very poor customer service. No pho... read more
I have used QuickPics for the last five years. They are a great company to work with. My clients have always been very happy with the photographs that we have gotten. I don’t plan on using any other company. I have built a great relationship with them.
