Brought in my son’s iPad because it wasn’t charging. Kevin took a look and called me back to let me know it was just a loose screw on the charging port. They tightened it up, and it was good as new! They only charged me $25 for the repair and were completely honest about the issue. I truly feel other places might have claimed it needed a whole new charging port just to overcharge for something simple. Great experience overall—quick, honest, and reliable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I visited another store, and they told me that both the screen and charging port needed replacement. However, when I contacted QuickFix, Kevin told me to bring in my phone for a thorough inspection. After checking it, he determined that only the screen required fixing and that the charging port simply needed cleaning. Kevin's honesty and fair pricing impressed me. I highly recommend.
