I love coming here! Everyone is so friendly. It helps that they are so motivating and understanding even when you make a mistake. The girls are always encouraging and if you’re feeling stressed they calm you down.

I’ve been going to this center for 16 weeks and have loss close to 30lbs which has always been a struggle for me at 4’10. The staff is awesome and very enthusiastic. Without their dedication, I would of not been this successful. I’m 8lbs away from my goal and can’t wait to share my success with the Cinco Ranch team!

In desperation I went to the Cinco Ranch center weighing 250 lbs. The agreed on target goal was 210 pounds, which would take about 10 weeks at 2.5 lb loss per week. I smashed that goal in 6 weeks, losing 40 pounds of FAT! Wonderful. This program does everything it says it will if you do your part. If you are committed to losing a ton of weight without having to run 5 miles a day or spend your days in the gym, do this.
