I was a bit wary with all the bad reviews, but since those were from 2+ years ago I gave this location a chance! I did their plan when I was about 18, so I was familiar but needed a refresher as I am now 26. Sherri was so sweet and welcoming with a large smile. If not for her, I may have chickened out. I have met other staff members who were also friendly, but if you are nervous or apprehensive, ask for Sherri and try and see her. She will make you feel at home!
If it were possible to give less than 1 star, I would. I simply had problems making an appointment with this place. Was treated pretty disrespectfully and they seemed to be playing witchy games with my time. I agree with other comments - stay away from this place. I'm glad they showed me who they are - I believe them. I hope you do.
I should have looked at reviews first clearly. Made an appointment with their team. Told me id get a call as a reminder that day. Did not but hey not a big deal as everyone gets busy. Got there 15 mins early in case I needed to fill out paperwork. Well after 25 mins of sitting there nothing. 2 staff members engaged 1 lady there ignoring me entirely. We made eye contact but neither said hi or even asked who I was or why here. No thanks. Pass on this place
