I joined. Didn’t have much to lose. I’m already in my “normal” weight and BMI index. But I wanted to be at the low end, not the high end of the range. I paid their $800+ price tag. This is my lifestyle change teacher. Not so much about how quickly I lose the weight. More about maintaining an even blood sugar level, eating to live, and feeling energized when I eat so many veggies, proteins, and fruits.
PROS: If you eat only the foods on the approved food list, wiht the portions recommended and drink plenty of water, you will lose weight CONS: 1) It is expensive 2) You have to buy their supplements and foods which are also expensive 3) If you buy the protein supplments in bulk, you will not have a chance to try them before you buy.
