They gave me the one on one counseling that really helped me get through some difficult times. They even help you maintain the weight loss! I read the negative reviews and must say that those people just didn't commit to losing the weight. The program works if you follow it!

Recently started the program again (7 days in) and already lost 11 pounds. I did this program 11 years ago and trust me it is the only program I have ever did in my life that has worked for me and I have tried it all, like Keto, IF, etc.The staff is very helpful but the program does come at a cost.
