These ladies are awesome!!!! At first I thought it was all a lie but this program works I’ve lost so far 60 lbs since August 6 of 2018 and today is February 23 2019.. With support and positivity these ladies have push me to be a champion and with there support I believe we all can be successful in our weight loss journey... good job north miami team!!!!
After procrastinating about going to a weight loss center, I am happy to say that I am just a few pounds from my goal weight & in the last 6 months, I have lost 18 lbs. and my cholesterol has dropped 50 points to below the "acceptable" norm. Love the North Miami staff and program is easy once you "get into it". Having a supportive husband is helpful as well. Not "Quick" Weight Loss but slower is better and should stay off !
My fiance is doing the program and the results are amazing. Excellent program and friendly girls in the center
