I contacted Quick Taxes/ Quick Impôts to handle my tax declaration and sent them all of my personal information and supporting documents after they confirmed they could take on my file. Since then, it has been almost impossible to get in touch with anyone. I’ve sent multiple follow-ups without receiving any response, which is very concerning given the sensitive information shared. Extremely disappointing experience.
