I did my 2022 taxes with them and they were great. 2023 has been a nightmare. I sent all my documents and awaited the return amount. I was chasing them for nearly 4 months months. NO RESPONSE. No call. No email. I finally had to take my taxes to H&R Block and will owe late fees now. I don't understand how you can own a business and not have the courtesy to reach out to your clients. Avoid at all costs. Failed to file extensions that they themselves recommended and insisted. As a result we ended up with late filing fees and penalties. Refuses to answer calls or own up to their mistakes.
The worst this year!! They have had my taxes since March and have done NOTHING with them!! I will be reporting them.
I have been going to Ron and Janet to file my taxes for over 16 years now. They helped me through many phases of life and I appreciate them. I will continue to use their services for as long as I can. Thanks Ron and Janet! Amy
