Super unprofessional. Complete lack of response and communication. If you want your taxes done timely this is not the place to go. Instead of replying to me he told me to find a new accountant.
Quick tax service is the best place to go if you want to get back everything owed to you each tax year. I've used several other places around, and they are the best.
