Did not know what they were doing. They charged me $200 and they didn’t even know what deductions I had. No follow up questions or request for additional information from me. Cost me thousands more than if I did them myself online. Other tax professionals charge half the price and actually care enough to work their hardest to minimize the dues or even get you a refund. Highly recommend going elsewhere.
