I chose this place for the first time after doing my taxes with other company for about 6 years. I would like to share my experience today. I visited the site to get some information and posible charges. After answered some question the person gave me a price of 140.00. I booked an appointment. See what happened then. The lady was busy at the time of my appointment, so other employee approached me. Really disappointed of this place, They charge me $640 for filling my taxes when I claim my 2kids as a dependent, at first they said they were going to charge me 236 for filling and it was going to be deducted from my federal refund plus a 53 Refund process, after talking to the manager she said the bank and irs raised their prices and the inflation as well, I try to talk to them but kept saying that every else raise their prices but cmon $640 missing no way… Please be aware of this place ask before doing your tax here, alwa... read more
