Alain really helped me out of a jam today. Phone repair isnt something i have ever needed, so knowing who to trust matters. I can tell you that he is the guy you need to see. Any other place could have tried to sell me a screen, but he diagnosed it down to just a loose connector. Easy fix, well for him anyways. Thank you very much for the honest and quick service!!
Amazing customer service and repair from Steve for my iPhone 17 phone!! Repair was completed in 15 minutes and at least $100 less than the Apple Store or Best Buy. Both Apple and Best Buy gave me HORRIBLE customer service, couldn’t guarantee they had the part available and said it would be at least 3 hours to repair. Highly recommend Quick Phone Repair!
Steven and Alain are top notch. I have relied on them for two modifications/add-ons to my iPhone, and the services provided were done expertly and at a more than fair price. Their communication and follow-up were also stellar, which is half the battle these days. I can't speak highly enough about the service I received. I needed the HDMI port replaced in our Xbox Series S and they were able to do it in a matter of days. I was skeptical at first about them doing it in house because many other places (probably most) send devices out for repair, which can take weeks, but after speaking with Steven in depth about the issue, their process, his experience... Amazing service! I had two laptops that did not work and they were both diagnosed and fixed right away. They didn’t charge a fee for diagnosis and even fixed one of my laptops for no charge!
