Friendly, fast, and honest service! They gave me one quote, which I paid in advance. But while fixing my phone, they realized the only thing wrong was the cracked screen and that everything else was fine. So afterwards, they refunded a significant portion of what they had originally charged me.
Dropped off my iPad at noon. Said it Could take up to an hour or even three or four hours, but it would definitely be done today and they would call me whenever it was finished. Around 7 o’clock I had realized I did not receive any call so I called them and they said that they could not fix my iPad. Whenever I ask why they didn’t call me and let me know. They had no response and just told me to come pick up my iPad.
Took great care of me on a Sunday. Great service and fair price.
