Went there today to get some insurance cursing music was playing that was not cool at all very unprofessional. I'm going to find another low cost insurance place I'm glad I didn't have kids with me nobody should have to listen to that kind of music while trying to conduct business

I've been coming here for years. This is the 1st year I've encountered an issue with my taxes. This is also where you realize how much "your tax person" is really there for you. No communication here, they will not reach out to you when something goes wrong. You will spend days playing phone tag. They basically do your taxes, take their money and wish you well. Any problem of yours is not any concern of theirs. In a world of uncertainty, customer service becomes a powerful differentiator.
