Another amazing experience with these movers! We have used Quick Move many time over the last 10 years and they have always been great. This time was our most difficult move yet with an entire truck full of stuff going to 2 locations both with ALL the stairs. The gentleman were so kind and it felt like at every point in time they had a positive customer experience as their North Star. Estimator/manager has poor communication with movers, resulted in two more moves over the weekend and several hundred more money. He transfers his mistakes and cost to customer. The movers are great btw.
Extremely unprofessional movers, the ring leader(Fernando) of the guys who were moving items from the unit was argumentative and disrespectful to the Property manager on site. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are shady and terrible people. Fernando needs to learn common sense and get a different job if he's too stupid to be a simple mover.
