Did they close down? I had to bring back my son's I phone 11. They repaired the screen back in January and the screen all of a sudden went black in April ...their shop is locked up now and they aren't answering any phone calls ...such a bummer I paid like $150.00. they lost my business
I dropped off an ipod classic back in December which I was told could be fixed. It's now mid-April and I can't get through to anyone and I'd just like my ipod back so that I can try to get it fixed elsewhere. I've left multiple messages with no calls back. I did pay for shipping and insurance to have the ipod shipped back to me at the time of service. If you live close by and it's a mobile phone issue, I'm sure this place is great, but it's super frustrating trying to get ahold of anyone!
Had several problems charging my IPad. Installed batteries (2) only to find out I had a problem with my charging cable. Cody and Oscar were super during the process.
I had been having troubles with the charging port on my Pixel 7 pro for years and it was getting worse. I had tried using canned air to fix it and bought tools off Amazon, it was a band aid fix at best. I called Quick Mobile and was told it's relatively simple and should be easy to do. I came in the next day and the gentleman behind the counter remembered me calling. He was gone maybe 15 minutes and didn't have to replace the port at all. Well worth it. Now I can pick my phone up by the cable when it falls off my bed.
