I came here to get liquid out of my phone, instead of removing the liquid the man “broke” my screen. Instead of informing me on his mistake he replaced my screen and mentioned he broke it upon returning my iphone. I came back to question why an alert appeared in my settings telling me I have an unknown display. The man I spoke to was rude and unprofessional, he explained to me that the alert would go away and that I was wrong to accuse him of giving me an unknown part rather than a genuine Apple product. I was very impressed with the service! I broke the glass back on my iPhone and they were able to replace the broken glass within a few hours I was told 5-6 hours elsewhere. Everything looked perfect. I would definitely go back if I needed my phone repaired! The price was way better than at the Apple Store. I would definitely recommend this place!
I cannot rave enough about Jeffrey! His service and his knowledge was amazing! I felt sure it was time for a new phone, but he fixed the problem! I would highly recommend this company! Thank you Jeffrey for being such a good employee who cares about the clients and goes above and beyond!
