I don’t often review or rate 1 star for any shops but this store is exceptional. I was so frustrated when experiencing services here. First, the location is wrong, not in Parramatta but Harris Park. I feel like they put the incorrect place to attract more customers and redirect them to their store. It is dishonest. Second, the diagnose and cleaning fee is too expensive 99 aud while other shops are only 30 aud.
