My better half usually brings our truck in for service and raved about this place. As I told the manager, my experience was poor. Drove to lane instructed to with appointment. Drove truck in as instructed. Never offered to go to lounge . Confirmed 90,000 mile service. While sitting in truck, looked on line what should be done. Good thing I was sitting in truck as they lied that cabin filter was checked. Agreed to have transmission fluid changed, then was told where the lounge was. What a joke for a service department. Unskilled, unprofessional, rude and ridiculous. Bring your vehicle ANYWHERE but here. They don't have a clue.
