Dont take your vehicles to this location, 1st bad customer service and rude people. Especially Shannon front desk and Randy tech manager. 2nd i took my explorer to get diagnosed for a check engine i was quoted 12k for repair. I notified Shannon my concerns with bad diagnosed, and I explained how every forum and mechanic i spoke to recommended a solonoid to be change to fix issue (370$) part. She said she trusted her tech. We had trouble with our lincoln navigator and called to make an appointment. Two weeks later we got in. We then recieved an estimate of $8500 for repairs and come to find out the warranty was up the day before and we called two weeks ago. They are shady and overpriced. My company has purchased over 20 fords and lincolns...never again. GMC or another dealership here we come

A few days ago I was there to look for a part and the person at the counter in the parts are its one of the most unethical practices in customer service, no Interest in helping Even providing vehicle specifications such as year, model, and engine weren't enough.
