Dropped off a Milwaukee Band Saw and after 2 months of several calls and visits we got our tool back, we paid at time of pick up, Since I sent one of my office staff they couldn't verify the functionality of the tool. Once we attempted to use the tool we realized it was never fixed. we then took it to Milwaukee repair center and they fixed it at no charge under warranty. These guys are very hard to contact, my experience was 1 star for sure.
Mitch is the man. I came in 5 mins before close and he stayed and fixed my tool until like 6pm. He said he’s always open to give a helping hand. This is the place for your tool repairs.
