I had a problem with the charging port on my mobile. I called in and explained the issue to a gentleman called Rai, who was working this particular day (02/01/2025). Within moments he had identified the problem, and fixed it in 10 minutes. We had a short conversation before I left, in which I was impressed with his openness and honesty. A good job done, and very reasonable pricing.
I took my phone to the shop in the morning because it wouldn't charge. Came back later that day, and they'd fixed it, and somehow I didn't even need to change battery, it just works better and retains power for longer. They kept me updated by email - as they had my phone - and gave a speedy, professional, good value for money service. The shop also has decent, free street parking nearby, so is also easy to access.
