John came to our office last week for our Bike to work day. He/Quick Cranks team were very helpful in setting up logistics for the morning and John explained the tune up process so easily. Highly recommended!
This is hands down the best bike shop in the downtown Ottawa area, they are VERY reasonably priced, give you honest, humble, down to earth advice about what you actually need, they don't oversell or condescend you when you ask basic questions like many other bike shops downtown. They even helped me load and unload my bike from inside my car. Thankful to have an awesome bike shop like this. Also, very accessible, I literally parked right in front of the shop.

Every time I bring my two bikes into Quick Cranks I am so impressed with their timely service!! Service is easy to book online and they turn around your bike within 24 hours (or less) from the moment you drop it off! As always, the staff were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!!
