Such kind, supportive and experienced staff! I have been in. a handful of times the last couple weeks, I was able to get guidance on getting new tires, different styles of tires and assistance getting them swapped for my gravel bike. It is easy to be intimidated being in cycling shops but at Quick Cranks in my experience theres always approachable staff who are happy to meet me where I am at and give advice! Glad they are in my neighbourhood!
The team is very helpful and efficient. They are also fast in the service with impeccable results!
Dropped by to fix a flatten tire of son's bike. Staff was extremely kind and quick to replace the tube.
Kudos to the Ottawa crew for my new bike. I wanted a casual commute e-bike for sunny days, narrowed it down, and found one here on sale at the lowest price in Canada. Order was smooth, shipped fast, and arrived in the Vancouver area in a week. Two notes: discounted bikes have a shipping fee I first overlooked but is more than fair for such a big parcel, and my “Ready-to-Ride” kit missed the wrenches, which I own and you should too if you plan on riding a bike.
