I had a very disappointing experience at this pawn shop. The employee I dealt with, Alicia, came across as dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. When I asked questions about gold, silver, and electronics, I did not feel like I was receiving knowledgeable or helpful information, and several of my concerns were brushed aside. My experience here yesterday was awesome! Josh is the best worker there. When you go ask for him. He makes you feel welcomed, he answers any questions you may have, and makes sure you are taken care of to your satisfaction before you leave the store!
