We used quick book accounting services located in Clearwater Florida.We had the huge disappointment the way Micheal Dooley handled our Account.He suppose to do our sales tax each month before the 19 as the requirement of State of Florida. All of a sudden we received his email that he wanted to terminate his services and we can find new Accountant that wax a shock to us What in the world who does that kind of lack of professionalism.You are not giving an explanation nor giving us enough time to find the new Accountant. Paid over 3 times from my last accountant, went local for a new accounting firm. Got back $1000 less then what he told me I would get back on my refund. Very disorganized, not modernized
We absolutely love using Quick books for our tax purposes. Mike and Kelly are extremely helpful and friendly. Our previous tax company treated us like a number, it’s nice to be treated like family.
I would not recommend this business. Lost my documents a couple times, made threats on email and did not follow up with my personal tax return as I have yet to receive my refund back and calculations on my business tax return were incorrect.
