Kevin was very helpful in this process. He aided me from beginning to end and I believe has nearly rectified my problem. He even aided me with my previous account problem. He was friendly, thorough, and comitted. The solution was ultimately beyond him as it requires 1-2 business days, but I greatly appreciate his help with everything in between including introducing me to an aspect of the service i was not aware existed. Crypto in Canada can be a challenge, but I recently signed up with Questrade and I'm impressed. Not only a very clean and straightforward online user experience, but amazingly, they also have outstanding customer support - as in they actually respond quickly with real solutions! Rare in the world today.
The customer service agents are never knowledgeable enough to answer questions. It's a good platform but if you ever run into problems and need support, you will spend hours on chat or phone trying to get help. They need to hire higher level, finance educated agents. It makes me nervous that the people working there have no financial knowledge and are managing our money. They also made a mistake with my withdrawal request (entered wrong account no) so it delayed my transfer to an external bank.
