Nathan and the team have been nothing short of amazing to work with. I went to see Micheal as a third opinion for a long term hamstring problem as a consequence of running. I had sort of given up on it but a friend told me to try. Unlike others, Michael adopted a more holistic approach and didn't simply concentrated on the muscle. He put me back on track in less than a couple of months, after struggling with this issue for more than two years. After six months I did a 10km PB!

Warning* I do not trust this place, will never visit again. Michael made me do heavy exercise on my first day despite knowing I had back problems , I was in severe pain for the next week. He is not a professional in my opinion, doesn’t know how to deal with patients. I have been injured at work a year ago, been having problems with my back, in pain every single day. I am astounded at the reduction of pain through new understanding of my body's pain cycling, mind-body hypersensitivity and protective , restrictive movements I had adopted over many years.
