Jim is a heaven sent to us first time home buyer. He is very responsive, patient, polite, generous, etc. He answers all of our concerns and questions diligently, anytime of the day. From per-approval to closing. He keeps us updated every now and then, and always on top of our home loan process. He made everything possible even if we thought there is no way. Not so good credit score, changing jobs. I know our case is pretty tedious but we made it. We couldn't ask for a better man for the job but him.
