Juana, the phlebotomist at the Banker’s Hill location in San Diego, is exceptional at her job. She was polite, efficient, and skilled. She put me at ease and answered all my questions. I had checked the Google reviews prior to my appt and now I can see why several people wrote positive feedback regarding their experience with Juana. I hope management reaches out to her. She makes a positive impact for your company.
I have been to this Quest location quite a few times, and it's always a good experience! Juana is the one who draws my blood, and she is always very quick, efficient, friendly, and professional.
Absolutely LOVE this lab. I go every 4-5 months to get blood drawn, and the nurse(happy birthday again!) is always so nice, and professional. Parking is easy, the check-in process is painless, and the waiting area is clean. I have no complaints.
Excellent location, the technician took the extra step to accommodate me despite being a walk in prior to closing their site
The best experience !! I got there 30 min early, super easy to check in. Scanned my phone then my ID and I was all checked in. Juanita was so nice ! So fast ! So gentle !!
