Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Drove from two hours away for a walk in appt. I got in within 5min. The lady was extremely friendly and I was out in no time.

Came in for a walk in shortly after opening and I was the only one there. Was in and out in less than 10 mins. Was very relieved because there were no morning appts available for over a month and I had to drive 6 hours to get the test done. Trisha was very professional and easy going. One of the smoothest blood draws I've ever given. Only 4 stars because online there were no appointments available even though there clearly could have been. The actual location and staff were 5 star.

No phone number to talk to a human being, phone scheduler says "line is busy" and hangs up on you, online schedule website doesn't work. What's joke.
