It was easy to pick up my rental car with Quest. Aleah was very helpful and welcoming. I will rent with Quest every time I fly into Watertown, SD. So convenient that it's right there in the airport.
Extremely affordable and convenient. Stopped in for a short work trip and was easy to pickup my car right at the airport. Had a small delay and needed to extend my rental, the lady at the desk was very helpful and accommodating to make sure it was taken care of without any extra fees for extending. Will definitely be using quest again next time I'm in town.
Very responsive with emails and phone calls with any questions we had. Pick up was after hours and that was no issue very simple process to get car. Would definitely rent from Quest again when in town.
Excellent customer service
Fast and convenient. I lost one of my air pods in the vehicle, Aleah took the time to locate it and send it to my home address. How many people do these types of things for someone else nowadays? Not many, all gold stars!
