Extremely rude and unprofessional. Outdated information on tendinopathy, basically told me to only rest and brace - declined to provide me with an exercise plan when all of the modern literature states that loading is the best way to heal tendons. When I asked if they provide shockwave therapy, he acted offended and lectured me that they don't just "offer" treatments to people without assessing everything etc etc. Big huge lecture just to tell me that they don't offer shockwave therapy. Missed 1 appointment for being sick.went for next appointment..he said I was finacle burden to him and the camunitity for missing the appointment..was very rude about it and he canceled all my further appointments..he also hinted on my second appointment about how he could bill icbc for things he sells ..needed or not..completely fraudulent..he made sure to tell me he's the only physio left in quesnal
Worse bedside manners than an arrogant doctor.
