Missed 1 appointment for being sick.went for next appointment..he said I was finacle burden to him and the camunitity for missing the appointment..was very rude about it and he canceled all my further appointments..he also hinted on my second appointment about how he could bill icbc for things he sells ..needed or not..completely fraudulent..he made sure to tell me he's the only physio left in quesnal
Worse bedside manners than an arrogant doctor.
I have gone to this business off and on for years, friendly and efficient..I just bought new orthotics through them and my feet are so much better..He knows his business..
