G. Frank Quesada, Esquire is a horrible attorney. Do not go to him for any legal services. He will have you meet with him and then randomly ask you to pay him an arbitrary amount. He does not specify what his fees are before the visit and then after the visit asks you to pay him a deposit with a "pseudo commitment" that he will complete the work and then you can pay him the rest once it is done.
