Ms Shanice is the most amazing director in this center! This center has been changed for the better with her there! My kids feel SAFE and SEEN and HEARD when under the supervision of Ms Shanice. Ms Shanice has been the rock of this center since she got there. She put this center on the map! Without Ms Shanice being the director we wouldn’t be attending this facility. Ms. Esmi at this center is the perfect example of who needs to be working with children and families. Everyday she makes sure to take a moment from her busy day to ask how the parents are and how to help us. She give me suggestions on my baby’s eating and favorite foods at school to try at home. I feel like when Ms.Esmi is my child’s teacher they are with family and that’s exactly what she has done, she created a family in all the interactions she has with the kids and families. it warms my heart seeing her with the kids. I want to express my gratitude to the director of Angelica, who helped with all the documents. She answered all my questions with patience. My daughter is delighted with everything, she even cried when we picked her up from kindergarten. Today was our first day. I hope my daughter will continue to go to kindergarten with such delight.
