Cancelled an order on a mate. Still hasn't returned the money yet, wouldn't go here anymore. EDIT RESPONSE 24/05/2021 2PM: There are definitely unforeseen circumstances that could warrant a delay due to suppliers not having stock, COVID or illness but customers should be updated especially if they are seeking a refund for something they paid for but haven't received.
