I hate writing bad reviews but went in over the weekend, added my name to their email- purchased sale items. But today, paid the cash as they requested but the older gentleman behind the counter insisted that I show him the quench email from my phone to get sale price. I explained my phone battery was almost to the point of turning off, I asked him to just look up my email- 6x he insisted that my son go to the car and retrieve my phone- no email was found.
