Its a complete scam. The service is subpar and being that you sign a contract for 1 year; they feel no obligation to provide the service they say. I paid 300 to cancel after joining about 1 month earlier. Thought I shouldnt complain Ill just wait for them to come out thinking its monthly. Well when I called they let me know its not monthly. The first service was exterior only and didnt get rid of any of the ants or other pest. Never met the person who they said came out. I have been contacted by someone who claims to be a representative for this company implying the previous homeowners had a service contract with them and that I could transfer it. This is a lie. I know the previous homeowners, they are my parents, and they have never done any business with this company.
