Terrible experience here. I booked an appointment over a week before the actual day. I showed up and was told I wasn't booked in. I showed the owner the email chain between her and myself (because she clearly didn't believe I actually had an appointment booked) and she "well you must have been bumped". I said "okay" and then waited for a minute to see what she would say. No offer to re-book me, no offer for a different service, nothing. Both my husband and I were there last night and LOVED how tentative she was. She was very thorough with what we wanted and spoke to us about what we needed. Can't wait to go back again!
