Bit disappointed by the attitude of the assistant when enquiring about returns and the reason for not being able to do one. Not very friendly when I was simply asking questions to try and understand the reason for not accepting the return. Otherwise, I had a good experience when buying the items originally.
Recommend by a friend when starting in construction. I bought my Mongrel work boots, recommended to me for a wider foot, two pairs of FXD Leggings for work and bamboo work socks. Had a manufacturing error and a replacement pair were sent out less than 5 days later. Really happy with the service QLDWS provided.
