Woombye the fortitude valley is a nightmare. Just been sitting on the train for 4 hours for a 1 hour 45 minute trip. Signalling issues, poor communication and now all the school kids and office workers are late. No soap in the toilets, so no one has serviced them, especially poor with the amount of delays. Happened yesterday also for my first trip and will be driving from here on in. Take a page from civilised Sydney and Melbourne and do better qlders. Translink / qld rail comprehensive phone services amazing. What is a complicated journey for me is kindly, clearly and politely broken down into steps, giving me actual times, platform numbers etc. Is it a 24hr service ?
