I initially called and spoke with a kind staff member who said they could help with an NDIS tribunal appeal and that i would receive a follow up phone call. Unfortunately, no one contacted me, and when I called again I was told they were at capacity. I have s fast-approaching due date and significant PTSD, so this was very stressful. It would have been much better to be told upfront that they were at capacity, rather than waiting for a call that never came. A little misleading about waiting last for advocacy. Turns out the waiting list is advice to self represent. So wasted a month waiting for something they don’t help with. Not 1 star as they did. Help me in another matter with a legal letter. So if you are capable of self representing in qcat. They are ok but ndis appeals. I think is a bit of a dogs breakfast who they help
