Just because I tried to cash a check on my social security account (under my son’s name) with my name on the account, they are closing the account! That is so unfair to me. Now I have to find another bank for my Social Security check to be deposited into!
The staff are amazing. I had problems at my previous bank and came to this bank on a recommendation. I'm greeted with smiles and have not had a problem since switching banks last year.
