Incredibly disappointing! Went for an investor-grade mortgage, and ended up wasting my time. The loan officer after being asked repeatedly for my loan documents, simply never responded to my calls. That is truly unacceptable! This being from a customer with an 800+ credit score and real estate investor. Needles to say, my realtor recommended his mortgage broker and I got approved within one week!! Queensborough - Statesboro branch is awesome. They are very friendly and professional at all time. I can't say that I would bank anywhere else.
I never had problems with them until this year. A lady was having a little attitude towards me a week ago and wouldn’t let me really explain my situation. They’re zero help I had too contact someone from the app too help and they sure helped and explain too me my situation. I feel they’re a lack of help towards me as a customer.
