I originally loved this bank due to its small town vibe. After banking with them for the last 5 years, my opinion has changed. I can never speak to someone at the Statesboro location on the phone. The final straw for me was when my card got hacked over the Thanksgiving break, and it practically left me stranded at the gas station with an unusable debit card.
